We follow Steam’s refund policy:

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if the game has been played for less than 2 hours.

2. Website Purchases

Refunds for purchases made on [www.nyxnation.com] are available when necessary, subject to the following conditions:

• Physical merchandise must be returned in original condition.

• Digital content, including in-game currency, is non-refundable once used.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in cases of:

• Fraudulent purchases.

• Abuse of the refund system.
